5th Column Enemy of the State Tour

We heavily support all the brands we carry in anyway we can… A brand that has reciprocated that support and been with us since the beginning is 5th Column. With all the new brands out today we haven’t seen anything as intelligent or as passionate as the people behind the Five Columns. This Summer 5th Column is heading out on their cross-country tour known as the “Enemy of the State Tour.”

The tour entails stops at 5th Column centric places and is going to produce a lot of photos and we love photos. You can also take this time to follow their tumblr which is filled with great stuff.

Black Scale Winter 2010

Black Scale has come a long way as a local brand that has expanded their empire to a flagship in San Francisco as well as their recent opening in NYC. As their brand grew so did the line with their recent expansion to cut & sew. This winter I feel is a really good representation of Black Scale as a whole and we hope everyone enjoys it as much as we do. Congratulations to Mega and the whole BS family. We were really impressed with the quality of the garments as well as the fair pricing that they offer. Our personal favorite is the coated wax canvas anorak!

If you haven’t noticed, we are huge supporters of Rogue Status and DTA. The influence they’ve had on this industry is undeniable and if you know, you know. It’s also where Jason Calabretta of 5th Column got his start. It is an honor for us to work with them on an upcoming collaboration we have coming out as well as having all our windows be covered with their decals. IMPRM Go Getters Contest

Our friends IMPRM are holding a little contest with Swag Syndicate entitled the “Go Getters Contest.”It is a really cool way to get your story out there for anyone out there who works hard and takes pride in what they do..

To commemorate the release of their Spring/Summer 2010 season “The War Within,” IMPRM and SwagSyndicate are holding a contest for all the Go Getters.

Send an e-mail with a short little blurb about your destination in life and how you want to get there. You can be a a skater trying to go pro to basket weaving it doesn’t matter. As long as you take pride in what you do and go get it.

The winner will receive a package of IMPRM tees and a custom colorway of the Go Getters pullover! You will also be featured on the IMPRM site with a new feature that is entitled “Go Getters Spotlight.” In addition, the winner will have their story will be printed in the actual physical bound copy of the Fall 2010 lookbook/magazine.
